Our goal is to develop a brand awareness campaign in order to expand the reach and position Greenhouse as a solution that fully and reliably meets our audiences’ hiring needs.

To achieve this goal, we developed a messaging system to speak to the emotional and practical core of why recruiters love what they do and their pain points, aligning with Greenhouse’s values.

Everyone who goes into recruiting has a reason. Maybe it was because you like people and wanted to see them win. But over time, it became more than a job.

Although the state of work and the world have changed, the reasons why we do what we do never will. It’s what we return to every time. To connect with people. To live our values. And to change lives along the way. In the pursuit of purpose, there’s only one question: What’s Your Why?
