We delivered a campaign that communicates consistently that AppFolio understands and delivers on the needs of property-management businesses of all shapes and sizes. 

To communicate this in a way that feels human, bold, and rooted in real customer truths, we heard first-person stories from property managers who have used space to achieve big dreams for their businesses. Tonally, our stories are positive and heart-forward. This storytelling approach invites our audience to focus on what really matters to them.

We created a storytelling toolkit that scales customer stories across the entire funnel — from brand-level messaging that builds awareness and equity into AppFolio, to product messaging that speak more directly to the needs of our audience.

Narrative wise, we developed a flexible narrative device that shows how AppFolio creates space for things that matter.
